Linus Föhr is an associate in our corporate practice. He assists clients on various corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.
Linus holds a Master degree (LL.M.) in European Economic and Financial Criminal Law from the University of Luxembourg (Luxembourg, 2018) and a Bachelor degree (LL.B.) in European Law from the University of Maastricht (The Netherlands, 2016). He also studied six months at the University of Uppsala (Sweden, 2016).
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Linus worked as an intern in a law firm and a Big Four firm in Germany. He also worked as a research associate at the University of Luxembourg, where he contributed to and co-authored various scientific publications in significant legal journals. In 2017, Linus worked as an intern in the Corporate Department of NautaDutilh.
Linus is a native German speaker, fluent in English and French.
