Philippe François heads up the employment practice in Brussels. He covers all areas of employment law, including litigation, relating to employment-related issues in the context of reorganisations, restructurings and transfers of undertakings. He also advises on outsourcing and employee consultation requirements. He is regularly consulted in cases of whistleblowing and dismissal for cause and assists clients in structuring and implementing employee long-term incentive plans (LTIPs).

  • Qualifications

    Philippe received his law degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in 1991 and was admitted to the Brussels Bar that same year. He joined NautaDutilh in 1994 and was named a partner in 2002.
