Anne Geluk works as an attorney-at-law in the Banking & Finance practice where she specialises in loan, acquisition and project finance. She advises banks, financial institutions and corporate clients in domestic and international financing transactions.
Anne joined the London office of NautaDutilh in 2013, where she was a member of the Banking & Finance team. In addition, Anne has experience in Corporate M&A transactions where she advised clients in a variety of domestic and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings, with a special focus on private equity transactions.
Anne studied at Leiden University, where she obtained her Bachelor's degrees both in Law and Criminology. She also took part in a summer course in 2010 with The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 2012 she obtained a Master's degree in corporate law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Anne is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar.
