Sascha van Gerrevink specialises in banking and finance law and is part of NautaDutilh's Structured Finance team. Sascha’s practice focuses on structured finance, including securitisations, covered bond transactions and asset-based financing. She has further experience with both equity capital markets (ECM) and debt capital markets (DCM) transactions.

She worked with and acted, among others, for NIBC Bank, MeDirect Bank, de Volksbank and Achmea Bank in setting up securitisations. She was also involved in the setting up and updating of covered bond programs of Nationale-Nederlanden Bank, Rabobank, ABN AMRO Bank, de Volksbank, NIBC Bank and Achmea Bank. Also, she assists new entrants and institutional investors to the Dutch mortgage market with innovative structures, such as the origination platform of 'Build Finance'.

Sascha studied at the University of Amsterdam and the University of Ghent. Sascha joined NautaDutilh in 2015 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association. In 2017 and 2019, Sascha was seconded to the DCM team of ABN AMRO.
