Paul Giebels is a candidate civil law notary specialising in general and notarial corporate law. He is a member of NautaDutilh's Corporate and M&A Department and his practice encompasses a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate (re)structurings, (de-)mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance advice.

He was recently involved in, amongst others, setting up the CrossWind consortium of Shell and Eneco and their successful bid to build an offshore wind farm off the coast of Egmond aan Zee (Hollandse Kust Noord). This wind farm will be the largest offshore wind farm in the Netherlands.
 
Paul graduated in notarial law from Leiden University in August 1997 and is a member of the KNB (Royal Society of Notaries). He joined NautaDutilh in January 2016.
