Janneke de Goeij specialises in Banking & Finance with a focus on loan and acquisition finance and fund finance. Janneke has more than 12 years' experience in NautaDutilh’s finance practice. She spent four years in the firm's New York office, where she advised her clients on the Dutch law aspects of US originated finance transactions.

Recent transactions in which Janneke was involved include the Chapter 11 filings of McDermott and its DIP financing and the EUR 300 million sustainability-linked RCF for NSI N.V.
 
Janneke graduated in private law from Utrecht University in 2006 and in business law from Leiden University in the same year. She joined NautaDutilh in 2007. Janneke completed a postgraduate course on finance and security rights at the Grotius Academy in 2011. She has been seconded to two international banks.
