Bianca van der Goes has been working as a lawyer at NautaDutilh since November 2008.
Bianca advises pension funds and insurers on a variety of pension-related issues, such as the structure of pension schemes, the outsourcing of the administration of pension schemes and the outsourcing of asset management. In addition she has extensive experience in the areas of insurance and financial services, particularly with regard to universal life products and financial/wealth creation products (including the development of such products) as well as disability insurance.
In all the above areas she advises clients on a range of subjects such as transparency, the duty of care and compliance with laws and regulations, in addition to conducting litigation on their behalf. Bianca also has in-house experience with various insurance companies.
Bianca is a member of the Dutch Pension Law Association (Vereniging voor Pensioenrecht) and the Dutch Insurance Sciences Association (Vereniging voor Verzekeringswetenschap).
She became a certified pension lawyer (CPL) after completing – cum laude – an advanced course in pension law for lawyers and other professionals at VU University Amsterdam in 2017. In 2010 she completed the Grotius Academy course in Business and Liability.
