Dineth de Graaf is a member of the Corporate M&A department in Amsterdam. She specialises in corporate law and advises Dutch and international clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions, both public and private. She also advises clients in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters.
Dineth previously worked in the competition team of the Corporate M&A department.
Dineth joined NautaDutilh in 2020 and she is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association. She graduated from Radboud University Nijmegen in 2019, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Dutch law and completed the dual master’s in Business & Law (cum laude).
