Josephine de Graaf works as a candidate civil law notary at the Rotterdam office and is part of the corporate law practice group. Josephine frequently provides advice on national and cross-border restructurings, (de-)mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and finance. 

Josephine graduated in 2020 from the University of Utrecht and the University of Amsterdam in notarial law and tax law and first joined NautaDutilh in 2021.
