Juliet de Graaf is an attorney in the Banking & Finance practice group of NautaDutilh. She advises international companies and financial institutions such as banks, payment service providers and investment funds on issues of financial regulatory law, contract law and securities law. Juliet also advises on current and future implications of Dutch and European law, in relation to both existing businesses and the development of new financial products and services.
Juliet received her LLM in International Economic and Business Law from the University of Groningen in 2010. In 2015 Juliet graduated from the specialisation course Securities law of the Grotius Academy.
After working at two international law firms for almost eight years, Juliet joined NautaDutilh in 2018.
Juliet is admitted to the Bar in Amsterdam.
