Bertrand Guittet is an associate in our Litigation & Arbitration practice. He is serving a wide range of corporate clients and banks in arbitration and litigation matters related to commercial law, corporate disputes and insolvency.

Bertrand graduated from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, where he holds two Master II degrees, in Business Law (2018) and in International Private Law and International Commercial Law (2017). He also obtained a Master I degree in Business law from the University of Strasbourg (2016). 

In addition to that, he spent two years at the Saarland University (Germany) and obtained a double Bachelor of Laws in French and German laws (2015) in partnership with the University of Lorraine (France). 

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Bertrand worked for other well-known law firms in Luxembourg, France and Vietnam. 

Bertrand is admitted to the Paris bar and to the Luxembourg bar (List IV) since 2021.

He is fluent in English and French and has a good knowledge of German.
