Sicco Gunster is a senior associate in NautaDutilh's Finance Department. He advises both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on real estate financing transactions.

Sicco has more than six years' experience in NautaDutilh's finance practice. In 2019, Sicco spent three months' as legal secondee in NN Investment Partner’s Loan Finance Team, allowing him to gain valuable insight into the financial industry.

He also spent time in NautaDutilh’s London office in 2020, where he advised clients on restructuring and insolvency related matters. Sicco also has experience with both debt and equity capital markets from his time in the firm's Capital Markets Department.

Sicco received his master's law degree from VU Amsterdam in 2016 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
