Twan Hamers is a member of the Corporate M&A department. He specialises in corporate law and advises Dutch and international clients on both national and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, both public and private, joint-ventures and venture capital funding. He also advises and assists corporate clients on a variety of corporate law matters, including conducting and supervising due diligence investigations, drafting of commercial contracts and advising on corporate governance matters.

Twan previously worked in the Capital Markets group. He specialised in Banking and Securities Law, with a focus on both equity and debt capital markets transactions.

Other information

Twan obtained his bachelor's degree in Dutch Law at the Utrecht University and his master's degree in Corporate Law (cum laude) at the VU Amsterdam in 2021.
