

Tim Hartman - Ohnesorge Associate
Tim Hartman is a member of the Litigation & Arbitration team in Rotterdam. He advises and litigates for both national and international clients on a wide range of commercial and contractual issues. Previously, Tim was part of the Finance team, where he specialized in loan, acquisition and project finance. He advised banks, financial institutions and corporate clients in domestic and international financing transactions.
Tim graduated from Leiden University in 2019, where he completed a Master's degree in Private Law with honours (cum laude). He holds bachelor's degrees in Dutch law (cum laude) and History, and studied a semester at the Humboldt-Universität in Berlin. During his studies he won several moot court competitions and worked as a student-assistant for the departments of Private Law and Legal History.
Tim joined NautaDutilh in 2019 and is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar. He is co-author of a Commentary on Property Law, specifically Security Rights (SDU Commentaar Vermogensrecht: Rechten van pand en hypotheek).
