Kim Heesterbeek is a member of the Financial Law team in the Banking & Finance department. She advises (inter)national companies and financial institutions such as banks, investment firms and payment service providers on issues of financial (regulatory) law.

Prior to joining the Financial Law team, Kim worked in the Financial Litigation department of NautaDutilh where she advised and represented financial institutions in litigation proceedings relating to financial law, insurance law and liability law.

Kim graduated in August 2020 as student from the Research Master Business & Law at the Radboud University Nijmegen (cum laude) and joined NautaDutilh in January 2021. Kim is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
