Maaike Heijink

Maaike advises both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending. She furthermore specializes in restructuring & insolvency and advises on matters of Dutch security rights and insolvency law.

Maaike studied at the Radboud University Nijmegen, where she obtained a Master's degree in civil law in 2007.

Before joining NautaDutilh in January 2022, she worked as an in-house senior finance lawyer at LeasePlan Corporation N.V. Prior to that, she worked as a banking lawyer for a magic circle firm and another international law firm, where she has been seconded to the London office. She was also seconded to the leveraged finance team at Deutsche Bank AG, Amsterdam branch.
