Floor van Heijst is a member of the Banking & Finance Team of NautaDutilh. Floor advises both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance and general corporate lending.

Floor studied at the University of Amsterdam (LL.B and LL.M) and King's College, University of London (LL.M). She completed a course on finance and security at the Grotius Academy in 2016 (with honours).

Before joining NautaDutilh in 2017, she worked as a banking lawyer for a magic circle law firm and as in-house legal counsel in Amsterdam and London.
