Thibaud Herberigs is a senior associate in our Corporate practice. He is experienced in a wide range of corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A deals and redomiciliations, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, management incentive plans, and general corporate matters.

Thibaud holds a master's degree in corporate and tax law (2012) from the University of Leuven (KUL). He continued his studies at ESCP Business School, where he earned a master's degree in European Business and Finance, studying in both Paris and London. During his studies, Thibaud worked for a global management consulting firm in Paris and for a leading importer of Asian food in London.

Thibaud is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
