Rob Heslenfeld Associate

Rob Heslenfeld is a member of NautaDutilh's Corporate M&A department. He specialises in corporate law and advises Dutch and international clients on national and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He also advises in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters.

Previously, Rob was part of the Financial law team, where he advised (inter)national companies and financial institutions such as banks, investment firms and payment service providers on issues of financial (regulatory) law, with a focus on ESG and Fintech.

Rob studied at the Utrecht University, where he obtained bachelor's degrees in Dutch Law (LLB) and Economics and Business Economics (BSc), and a master's degree in Law and Economics (MSc). In 2019 he obtained the Master's degrees International and European Trade and Investment Law (LLM) from the Catholic University of Lyon and Transnational Legal Practice (LLM) from St. John's University in New York City.

Rob joined NautaDutilh in 2020 and is since then admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
