Saskia Heumakers works in the finance department of NautaDutilh. She specialises in Restructuring & Insolvency and advises on matters of Dutch security rights and insolvency law. In addition, Saskia represents banks, financial institutions and corporate clients regarding various types of financing transactions.

Saskia graduated from University of Amsterdam in 2010, where she obtained a Master's degree in Labour law. Saskia completed a postgraduate course on finance and security at the Grotius Academy in 2014 (with honours). Before joining NautaDutilh in 2015, she worked as a Legal Counsel at the Legal department of ABN AMRO Bank (Financial Restructuring & Recovery).
