Lena Jamalov is a member of NautaDutilh's Corporate/M&A group at the Rotterdam Office, which advises both national and international corporate clients on a variety of M&A transactions.

Lena earned her Master's degree in Corporate Law from the University of Amsterdam. She also studied banking, corporate, and finance law at Fordham Law School in New York City. Lena joined NautaDutilh in May 2021 and is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar.
