Bente Jansen

Bente Jansen is a member of our New York office, where she works for the Finance and Corporate M&A practice groups. She is involved in national and international corporate transactions, and she advises banks, financial institutions and corporations on both national and cross-border financing transactions.

Bente graduated from Leiden University, where she completed the master's programme in Corporate Law (cum laude). Prior to that, Bente obtained bachelor's degrees in Tax Law and Dutch Law from Leiden University.

Bente joined NautaDutilh in 2025. She is not admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
