Youri Jansen is a candidate civil-law notary specialised in commercial real estate in the broadest sense. He advises clients on i.e. real estate transactions and financing, project development, division in apartment rights, rights in rem and multiple ground use and other real estate-related contracts. His clients include prominent local real estate asset managers, real estate developers and international clients.

Aside from real estate transactions, financing and complex multiple ground use, Youri is specialised in the property law aspects of (renewable) energy, such as the structuring of cables and pipelines and solar installations. He has specific expertise of, and track record in, hydrogen projects relating to storage facilities, infrastructure and electrolysers.

Youri graduated in notarial law from the University of Utrecht in 2018 and joined NautaDutilh on 1 October 2018.

    • Advised Achmea Dutch Retail Property Fund on the acquisition of two retail portfolios from two Dutch pension funds in exchange for participations in Achmea Dutch Retail Property Fund.
    • Advised Circle Infra Partners B.V. (Circle) on property law aspects of infra-assets located at the Chemelot chemical park in Geleen, the Netherlands.
    • Assisted a Dutch pension fund as lead counsel on the acquisition of 154 residential units, measuring more than 11,000 sqm, and 109 parking units in Breda, the Netherlands.
    • Assisted a Dutch pension fund as lead counsel on the acquisition of 108 residential units in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, in a complex combining senior living apartments and first-time buyer homes.
    • Assisted OCAP as lead counsel in the legal structuring of their wide-scale CO2-transport network.
    • Advised Kozuki on the acquisition of the iconic Weesperstaete office building in Amsterdam for EUR 95.7 million.
