Shauny specialises in commercial property transactions and property-related disputes, and advises (institutional) investors, multinationals and developers on acquisitions, sales, property law issues, lease agreements, asset management, (renewable) energy projects and property developments in the Netherlands. She is regularly involved in due diligence investigations and transaction/dispute negotiations.
