Shirley Justice works as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) specialist at NautaDutilh. In this position she supports the firm's growing Sustainable Business and Climate Change practice, which focuses on identifying environmental, social and governance risks and opportunities. Together with the Board, Shirley also helps to further shape NautaDutilh's CSR policy, including our sustainability objectives. She is chair of the CSR Committee and supports our Pro Bono Committee.

Shirley previously worked at MVO Nederland as senior project manager of CSR projects and as legal counsel. Shirley has extensive experience in the development and implementation of CSR policies for companies and public authorities.

Shirley is chair of one of the climate tables of the Dutch initiative 'JURIST DOET WAT', a new platform of legal counsels and lawyers contributing to the transition to a sustainable economy.

Education
Shirley studied Dutch law at the Maastricht University and International Law at the University of Amsterdam, with a focus on human rights.
