As Senior Corporate Recruiter, Nicolette uses her varied professional experience to guide lawyers, junior notaries and tax advisors who have already gained professional experience outside NautaDutilh towards a suitable new position. In doing so, she not only helps the candidates, but also meets NautaDutilh's need for versatile and well-rounded lawyers. As Alumni Coordinator, Nicolette is also responsible for managing and maintaining NautaDutilh's alumni network. 

Nicolette has a varied profile. Between 2001 and 2006, she worked as a lawyer at NautaDutilh. She then worked as General Counsel for a listed software company and in executive search and coaching. In 2018, she decided to join the recruitment team of her former employer NautaDutilh. Nicolette studied law (specialising in media law and copyright) and attended various other courses, such as the professional training course of the Bar Association and Grotius Informatics Law.
