Rutger Kalsbeek specialises in corporate litigation as well as in (international) commercial litigation and arbitration. This includes amongst others shareholders, joint venture and representations & warranties disputes as well as directors' and supervisory directors' liability and inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam.

    Rutger is a member of the Rotterdam Bar, the Dutch Association of Corporate Litigation, the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
    Education:

    Rutger graduated from Leiden University in 1997 and obtained a master's degree (M.Jur.) from Oxford University in 1998. In 2004 he successfully completed a postgraduate programme in corporate litigation (cum laude).

    He joined NautaDutilh in 1998 and became a partner in 2007. As of 2011 Rutger heads the Litigation & Arbitration department.
