Ilhami Karamemis is a senior associate in our tax practice. He has extensive experience in Luxembourg corporate tax aspects applied to the financial and investment fund industries.

Ilhami holds a master's degree in European and International Business Law from the University of Lorraine (2016). He also holds additional diplomas in international tax, corporate and personal income tax by the Luxembourg Lifelong Learning Center (2019) and in prevention of criminal, economic and financial risks from the I.U.P. Finance Nancy (2016). 

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Ilhami worked for a Big Four audit, tax and advisory firm in Luxembourg.

Ilhami is admitted to the Luxembourg bar (list II).

Ilhami is a native French speaker and is fluent in English and Turkish.
