Harm Kerstholt is one of the leading transactional lawyers in the Netherlands for JV's, deals and projects in the energy sector. With over 20 years of experience working Almost exclusively for clients in the energy sector, Harm adds value for his clients due to his expertise, vast experience and business acumen that allow him to come up with pragmatic solutions to legal challenges. In 2016, Harm moved to NautaDutilh's New York office and led the firm's corporate M&A practice there until his return to the Netherlands in the summer of 2019, when he re-joined the energy practice. Harm has worked on numerous mandates in the energy sector.
