Chehak Khajuria is part of the Competition Law team as a professional support lawyer. She primarily focuses on merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI) control, state aid, and EU Competition law.

Chehak completed her Advanced LL.M. in European and International Business Law at Leiden University and previously completed another LL.M. in Business Law from the University of Pune, India (Summa Cum Laude). Chehak has completed her Bachelor in Law (Civiel Effect equivalent) from the Indian Law Society's (ILS) Law College.

Before joining NautaDutilh in 2022, Chehak worked in the Netherlands as a Legal Editorial Manager (Merger Control) at Caselex. Back in India, Chehak was a Legal Associate at the Bombay High Court.
