Nina Kielman is a senior tax associate resident in the Amsterdam office. She advises Dutch and international clients on all Dutch tax aspects of major public and private M&A transactions, auction sales, and corporate reorganizations. As Dutch tax counsel Nina has extensively been involved in a wide variety of financing transactions, ranging from acquisition finance, public and private equity and debt offerings and listings on Euronext Amsterdam and abroad (New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq National Market), and the establishment and updates of Euro-Commercial Paper, Medium Term Notes, Structured Notes and Covered Bonds programmes.
Nina spent three years in NautaDutilh's New York office (from 2015 to 2018). Her work frequently involves partnering with U.S. law firms on issues concerning International Tax.
Nina graduated with an LLM in Dutch private law and Dutch tax law from the University of Amsterdam. Nina is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar and is involved in the Foreign Lawyers Forum of the American Bar Association.
