Tomas Klerks is a senior associate in the Financial Litigation focus group, as part of the Dispute Resolution practice group. He is a specialist in financial procedural law and financial regulatory law. Tomas advises to and litigates on behalf of banks and other financial institutions in the area of financial law, insurance law, and liability law.

Previously, Tomas worked in the focus group Financial Services, Derivatives and Regulatory at the Banking & Finance department. There he advised both national and international financial institutions, such as banks, insurers, investment firms and investment funds on matters of financial regulatory law, property law and securities law.

Tomas studied Civil Law and Encyclopedia and Philosophy of Law at Leiden University. He graduated in 2015 and signed with NautaDutilh shortly thereafter. Tomas is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
