Armin Klüter is an associate in our Corporate practice. He assists clients on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.

Armin completed his legal studies at the Justus-Liebig-University Gießen, Germany and the University of Queensland, Australia. He was awarded a degree in German Law as well as European and Public International Law in 2020.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Armin worked as a legal trainee in international law firms in Germany and the Netherlands where he specialised in Contract and Corporate law.

Armin is admitted to the German Bar.

He is a native German speaker and also speaks English.
