Auke Knigge

Auke Knigge is a member of NautaDutilh's Corporate M&A team, where she is involved in national and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. She also provides advice on Dutch legal aspects of corporate law contracts and commercial agreements.
From March 2024 to February 2025, Auke was based at NautaDutilh's New York office, where she advised both Dutch and foreign clients with respect to cross-border matters involving Dutch corporate law and Dutch law aspects of international finance transactions.
Auke graduated from Leiden University, where she completed the master's degree in Corporate Law (cum laude). Prior to that, Auke obtained a bachelor's degree in Dutch Law from the University of Groningen.
Auke joined NautaDutilh in 2023. She is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
