Albert van der Kolk is experienced in all aspects of employment law and focuses particularly on corporate labour law. Albert has advised leading companies on inter alia the employment consequences of cross border outsourcing and offshoring transactions, reorganisations, mass lay-offs.
On a regular basis he gives lectures in the field of corporate labour law. Albert also focuses on the employment related issues in the mergers and acquisition practice. He also has an in-depth knowledge of employee benefits with a focus on pension law. Albert holds the degree of certified pension lawyer.
Albert graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 1983. He subsequently started working as a commercial lawyer in a bank. He joined the firm in 1987 and became partner in 1995.
