Yana Kornaraki joined NautaDutilh as Human Resources Officer in 2018. She has an extensive experience in employee relations, learning and development, selection and onboarding, with a main focus on recruitment, coaching and soft skills.

Yana holds a master’s degree in Multilingual communication at the ULB, completed an Executive Master in Human Resources at the EPHEC and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) at the International Coaching Federation.
