Lindsay Korytko Senior Associate

Lindsay Korytko is a senior associate in our Intellectual Property, Technology and Competition practice. He assists private and public sector clients on IT contracts and outsourcing arrangements, digital transformation projects (including on e-signature and e-archiving), data protection, e-commerce, IP and general commercial matters.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Lindsay worked for a magic circle law firm and a Big Four affiliated law firm in Luxembourg. Lindsay gained in-house experience in the course of multiple client secondments. He worked at a private bank, where he handled IT-related regulatory and data protection matters in the context of a major outsourcing project, and also acted as interim general counsel for an e-signature provider and for an AML/KYC regtech firm in Luxembourg. 

Lindsay holds master's degrees in European and International Intellectual Property law from the University of Strasbourg (2013) and in Private Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2012) as well as an LLB degree in English law from University College London (2010). Lindsay is a member of the "Intangible Property Law Commission" of the Luxembourg Bar Association. 

Lindsay was admitted to the Luxembourg bar in 2016. 

Lindsay is a native French speaker, fluent in English.
