Marijke Kuilman
Expertise
Marijke Kuilman is a senior associate in NautaDutilh's Structured Finance team. Marijke has extensive experience as a lawyer and as a senior legal counsel at the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). She specialises in structured finance and financial regulatory law. Marijke guides clients in the set-up and execution of complex (international) transactions, including securitisations and the transfer of loan portfolios.
In addition, Marijke has broad expertise in financial supervisory regulation, including prudential regulation (CRR, CRD, IFR, IFD), and she advises clients in various approval processes.
