Florine Kuipéri is a candidate civil law notary specialising in general and notarial corporate law. Her practice focuses mostly on domestic and cross-border corporate restructurings, establishing corporate structures, (de-)mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance transactions and joint ventures. She acts for Dutch as well as international clients.

Florine graduated in notarial law from Leiden University in 2014 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year.
