    • NPM Capital:
      • on the acquisition of an interest in Probo, one of the largest and most innovative printing and fulfilment partners for resellers;
      • on the acquisition of an interest in Otolift, the Dutch market leader in the development, production, installation and maintenance of stairlifts;
      • on the merger between Caspar de Haan and De Variabele, two innovative companies in the maintenance and sustainability management of real estate, in which merger NPM Capital is engaged as partner;
      • on the acquisition of an interest in KUBO, a leading developer of high-tech greenhouses for horticulture;
      • on the acquisition of a majority stake in Infinitas Learning, a key European provider of innovative learning and education products and services; and
      • on the sale of Groendus, the sustainable energy business, to a consortium of APG and OMERS Infrastructure.
    • Blinqx on the acquisitions of Nationale Hypotheekbond, Allsolutions and Intersoftware.
    • HAL Investments:
      • on the initial acquisition of a minority stake and subsequent increase of such stake in Prodrive Technologies, a Dutch company active in the research, development and manufacture of high-tech electronics, software and mechatronic products and systems; and
      • on the sale of Floramedia, a Dutch horticulture focused multimedia company, to CCL Industries from Canada.
    • Eteck Energie, the largest sustainable provider of heating and cooling systems in the Netherlands, on a EUR 225 million financing deal and related restructuring.
    • RTL Group, a European operator of commercial radio and television stations, on its envisaged merger with Talpa Network.
  • Qualifications

    Sophie graduated from Utrecht University in 2011 with a degree in notarial law. In 2018, Sophie completed the Mergers & Acquisitions course at the VU Law Academy of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

    She joined NautaDutilh in September of 2011. In 2016 and 2017, Sophie was the candidate civil-law notary in residence at NautaDutilh's New York office, where she advised on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance and M&A and finance transactions.
