Frank van der Leeuw specialises in financial litigation. He represents financial institutions with regard to claims involving liability issues, securities transactions and investment services. Frank has also been involved in drafting documentation for various transactions of financial institutions.
Prior to obtaining his law degree in 1998, Frank graduated in French linguistics and literature in 1989 and in general linguistics in 1991. He was awarded a PhD in general linguistics in 1997. Frank joined NautaDutilh in March 1998. Frank is a member of the Amsterdam Bar.
Frank regularly publishes and lectures on issues related to the duty of care of financial institutions.
