Susanne van Leeuwen is an associate in the Employment practice where she advises clients on a broad spectrum of employment law issues. She has a special focus on privacy and data protection law. She advises and litigates for both employers and employees.

Before joining the Employment team, Susanne worked in the Finance department where she advised banks, financial institutions and corporate clients on domestic and international financing transactions.

Susanne completed the two-year Research Master's in Information Law at the University of Amsterdam in 2018 and joined NautaDutilh in 2019. Susanne was based in the firm's New York office from March 2019 through February 2020, where she handled cross-border matters involving Dutch corporate law and Dutch law aspects of international finance transactions.

Susanne is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar.
