Edouard Lohest is an associate in our corporate practice. He assists clients on various corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.

Edouard holds a Master degree in Law with a specialisation in corporate law from the University of Louvain (2017). He also holds a Master degree in Economics from the University of Namur (2017).

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Edouard worked as an intern in several other renowned law firms in Italy and Luxembourg.

Edouard was admitted to the Luxembourg bar in 2022.

Edouard is a native French speaker, fluent in English and Italian.
