He assists clients on cross-border M&A, Private Equity, and Corporate Finance transactions. Edouard works with multinational corporations as well as US, UK, and European law firms, as lead and/or co-counsel on the Luxembourg aspects of complex corporate deals.

Edouard is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar. He holds a Master's degree in Law with a specialisation in corporate law from the University of Louvain, and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Namur, both in Belgium. Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Edouard held various internships in law firms in Italy and Luxembourg. He is a native French speaker, and fluent in English and Italian.
