

Nima Lorjé Associate Partner
Nima Lorjé specialises in competition law, European law, litigation and regulated markets. Nima has broad experience in merger control proceedings, state aid, cartel and abuse of dominance cases. He also advises frequently on complex regulatory matters, in particular in the telecommunication and energy sectors. Nima has represented clients in litigation before the European Union courts, in appeal proceedings before the Dutch courts as well as in a great number of proceedings before the civil courts in antitrust follow on damages claims cases.

Nima gained, during his career, in-depth knowledge and a good understanding of the working of regulatory authorities and courts.
