- Condeco in its acquisition of Proxyclick (now Eptura), the market‑leading visitor management platform.
- The Fidelis Partnership on the relocation of its European headquarters to Dublin.
- Multifin, a family office, on its strategic contribution to Whitestone Group, a Belgian listed investment company.
- A major operator in funeral services and crematoria management on a strategic investment in Belgium.

Ancillary functions
Axel serves as an accredited third‑party decision-maker appointed by the French Order of Lawyers at the Brussels Bar in the context of mandatory third‑party decisions, an alternative dispute resolution mechanism. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and GUBERNA (Institute of Directors).

Qualifications
Axel obtained his law degree magna cum laude from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2003 and was admitted to the Brussels Bar the same year. He joined NautaDutilh in 2024 after nearly twenty years with a leading international law firm.
