Zohara Mahmoud works in the Banking & Finance section, Finance practice group. She advises banks, financial institutions and corporations on both national and cross-border financing transactions.

Zohara received her bachelors in Cultural Anthropology (cum laude) and Law (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam. During her undergraduate law degree, she spent a semester studying at Cornell Law School. Zohara completed her master's degree in Corporate Law at The Free University of Amsterdam in 2023 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year. She is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
