Antonio Marin is an associate in our corporate practice. He assists clients on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.

Antonio holds a double Bachelor's Degree in French and Spanish Law, as well as a Master degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris X Nanterre and a double Master degree in International Business Law and Corporate Law from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics and University Carlos III in Madrid.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Antonio gained practical experience through internships in international law firms in Paris and Madrid. 

Antonio is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English and French.
