

Linda Marsman Associate
Linda Marsman is an associate in NautaDutilh's Corporate Crime team, which advises and represents (inter)national companies, financial institutions, auditors and governmental authorities in matters relating to (anti)money laundering, (anti)corruption, fraud, investigations, sanctions legislation, environmental criminal law, economic crimes and labour accidents.
Linda studied at Utrecht University, where she obtained her master's degree in Criminal Law (cum laude) in 2019. During her master's, Linda worked for Utrecht University as a student-assistant and did an internship at the Supreme Court of the Netherlands.
After her master's, Linda worked for two years as a law-clerk at the Court of Appeal in The Hague, where she specialised in financial-economic criminal law.
Linda joined NautaDutilh in November 2022. She is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
