Nienke van der Meer Senior Associate
Nienke van der Meer is a senior associate in NautaDutilh's Corporate M&A Group. She represents and advises clients, both strategic parties and private equity, on numerous matters related to domestic and international acquisitions, mergers and other corporate transactions.
Nienke graduated from Leiden University in 2006. She joined NautaDutilh in 2006 and worked at our New York office from 2009 until 2010. After leaving NautaDutilh in 2018, Nienke rejoined in 2022.
Nienke successfully completed a specialisation course on corporate and enterprise law from the Grotius Academy
