Michelle Meevis works as an attorney-at-law within the Corporate M&A practice group at the Rotterdam office and is involved in national and cross-border transactions. She advises and assists clients on various corporate law matters, including conducting and coordinating due diligence investigations, drafting commercial contracts and advising on corporate law (governance) matters.

Moreover, amongst others as a member of the hydrogen team, she uses her legal skills and expertise in the field of sustainability and the energy transition to help clients navigate the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. 

Michelle studied at Maastricht University, where she completed her master's degree in Dutch law (specialisation in Commercial and Business Law) in 2022. Michelle joined NautaDutilh in October 2022 and is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar Association.
